UPDATE 2: FIXED!! Thanks so much to u/Abbx for the suggestion in the replies! If anyone else is having this issue, all you need to do is go to Settings -> Users and Accounts -> Other -> Restoring Licenses.

UPDATE: So I think the possible issue I'm having is that I'm trying to play Intergrade, but whenever I try to install intergrade, it just downloads the regular PS5 version of the remake instead? So the version I can download on PS Plus is not really Intergrade? It's all really confusing, I honestly have no idea how any of this works. Any suggestions would be appreciated, thank you. Anyone have any ideas? Am I just unable to play Intermission completely without purchasing it, even though some people say they are able to? I've pored through a lot of posts and articles about this but I haven't seen anyone that has the same issues as me, or others claim that the PS Plus issue has been fixed. The game still thinks it's not downloaded. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling DLC to see if it'd work but it didn't. The game acts as if I don't have it downloaded even though I clearly do. However when I open the game and try to access it, in-game the only options that pop up when I try to open the Intermission menu is just "purchase" and "redeem voucher code". So it says that Intermission is downloaded, and it happened from the start when I first downloaded the game the Intermission DLC downloaded right after it separately.
